Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Overview
Acquire Nexus is committed to providing high-quality professional training. To maintain our standards and ensure the availability of resources, the following policy applies to all course registration fees. By registering for a course, the participant agrees to these terms.
2. Cancellation by the Participant
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the official support address.

14 Days or More Before Start Date: Participants are eligible for a full refund (minus a small administrative processing fee, if applicable).

7 to 13 Days Before Start Date: Participants are eligible for a 50% refund of the total course fee paid.

Less than 7 Days Before Start Date: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within one week of the course start date.
3. Course Rescheduling and Substitutions
We understand that professional schedules can change. We offer the following alternatives to cancellation:

Substitutions: A participant may nominate a substitute colleague to take their place at any time before the course begins at no extra cost.

Rescheduling: Participants may request to transfer their registration to a future session. Requests made at least 7 days before the start date will be processed free of charge. Requests made within 7 days may incur a rescheduling fee.
4. Cancellation by Acquire Nexus
Acquire Nexus reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient enrollment, trainer unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of a cancellation by Acquire Nexus, participants will be offered a 100% refund or the option to transfer to a future date.

Acquire Nexus is not responsible for any travel or personal costs incurred by the participant in the event of a cancellation.
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer, as determined by the finance department.
6. No-Show Policy
If a participant fails to attend the training without prior written notice (“No-Show”), the full course fee is forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued.
7. Installment Payment Terms
For courses where an installment plan is offered, the following conditions apply:

Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit (as specified at the time of registration) is required to secure a seat in the training.

Payment Completion Deadline: All remaining balances must be paid in full at least 7 days before the course start date.

Late Completion: Failure to complete the payment by the deadline may result in the forfeiture of the seat and the initial deposit.

Access to Materials: Course materials, login credentials (for virtual sessions), and official certifications will only be released once the 100% payment completion is confirmed.

Refunds on Installments: If a participant cancels after making partial payments:

The initial deposit remains non-refundable.

Any additional installments paid (beyond the deposit) are subject to the standard refund timelines outlined in the Summary Table.

8. Payment Completion for Late Registrants
Participants registering within 7 days of the course start date are not eligible for installment plans and must make a single, full payment at the time of registration to guarantee their participation.
